Sure! Im taking resveratrol two times a day. Vitex to regulate my period 1 a day. Maca 2 times a week. I take progesterone pill only, not combined. I eat a lots of fiber for my body eliminates the excess of estrogen. I use stevia as sugar and eat bread 3 times a week only 2 slices a day. Instead I make oats pancake and eat as bread.

And do detox. I did one month turmeric with black pepper. And did 3 months os serrapeptase. Im feeling great. And once a while like in birthdays or christmas I eat junk. But I jump back to my antinflamatory diet.

I had tried endo diet about 5 years ago. I went completely paleo (grain free, sugar free, dairy free) and were taking multivitamins and other supplements including turmeric and DIM plus for estrogen metabolism. I was pain free in 2 months and felt great! I decided to go for Ivf afterwards and it changed everything. After a lapse of almost 2 years, tried going back but its not helping as much and tbh I havent been consistent either. My endo is spread so much now that I dont think diet will help anyway. But it does help esp if you recently have had a surgery to clean endo, then you should definitely try the endo diet.
