Lump and shoulder pain

I am 30 years old and had my forth child

8 months ago. Since then I have developed pain in my shoulder. I assumed the pain was due to the fact I carry him everywhere and he's very heavy. But two days ago I discovered a long slightly moveable smooth lump in my right breast.

I am sick with worry and find myself crying when thinking about it. I started my period yesterday too. Should I wait until its finished to see the doctor. I don't know what to do. I am so scared.

As its clearly worrying you a lot you should make an appointment to see your GP, it might be that it takes a few days to get to see him anyway. Do you have changes to your breasts normally during your cycle? Are you still or have you been breast feeding?
