same as me. Are you on rifampin? It cancels out your meth. You need to up your meth by at least 50% When I first started I had same reaction. Your doctor should have told you about this.

Also don’t let them give you Fluroquinolone antibiotics there not safe

I'm 56 in recovery for the 3rd time since COVID and RLS my doctor has told me she Will not prescribe me anything because of my history all the year i thought it was in withdrawals was rehab for over a 100 days left because i could not take it anymore after i seen my drug worker he told me it was RLS so went back into the same rehab this time got to a doctor and he said that he could help but the rehab does not allow any medication so put me on B12 and as you know how bad RLS is after 100 days left and went to my own doctor and she said that she is not willing to prescribe me anything i told her what the doctor at the rehab said and she said that that doctor should not have said that and told me to leave now I'm over 6 weeks clean and was told to leave again but i recorded the doctor don't know what to do I'm been going to NA and because I'm on prescription for buprenorphine and was getting it for drug addiction that I'm not clean of drugs so I'm off everything and can't get any help I can go back the way go to the addiction service but I'm not addicted and for them to put me back on buprenorphine i will have to use again before I go back and that I don't want to do but that's my future anyone know what I can do

Are you being treated for TB? Some people can’t metabolise certain drugs leading to adverse reactions I found out to my cost. Doctors should run a DNA methylation test before giving any medication in my opinion

I to suffer the RLS so days worse than others. If you’re clean now I would try methylated vit B1 or a methylated B complex before using again

Dear Vortex78. I am so sorry to hear that your TB diagnosis and treatment has caused you to relapse - this is a time when you need stability and all the support you can get. I am glad Jack70 has reached out with some advice and support for you and I hope that you have spoken to your doctor by now to get a suitable prescription. Do you have a TB nurse? They can also help you with practical support - not just the treatment. It is really important that you take your TB medication as prescribed, both to help you recover and to protect others. I hope you get all the support you are entitled to and I wish you all the best going forward.
