Blood In phlegm after 1 is year of tb treatment

Hi Everyone !

I have been treated of TB since 2021 but my phlegm has been a constant since then. Anything I eat causes a lot of phlegm buildup and recently I got blood stains in one of the samples. I am really scared and dont know if it's TB . I don't have other symptoms like fever, loss of appetite etc

it is better to consult the doctor, cause tb or no tb blood in phlegm should not be neglected
