Clear fluid/Phlegm production

Hi everyone,

Today I noticed that when I breathe in fast via mouth ( not nose ) slowly my chest starts making noise like something is partially blocking the air. If I continue this I feel phlegm right the spot where I used to have itch during the initial days of tb treatment.

Eventually I have to cough to get the fluid out. Its not too thick , it has no color ( clear everytime). Is it a thing to worry about? I did not notice this before today.

Also I do not get cough naturally, and my apetite is also okay, I eat much better than at the time of TB. I am trying hard to increase weight but recently it is stuck at 64.7 kgs.

I just wanted to update that this has been continuing since then.. I feel like phlegm being produced in upper left chest when i breathe fast via mouth especially after I eat something. I do not feel pain, itching or coughing. Though i do cough eventually just to empty the produced phlegm.

I'm really worried on what's going on buy I'll talk to doctor hopefully or atleast my nurse and see what's the possible reason.
