Hi shilpasinghthakur TB is a horrible disease unfortunately and it’s difficult to detect. Many people will go around not knowing why they are ill. It is very difficult but all I can say to you is talk any concerns you have with your doctors. Hopefully you are on the medicines now are you?

It’s normal to feel like you do, especially at the beginning of treatment. It feels like a very long road ahead. It is very important to complete the treatment and be well again. Try to get support from the doctors and nurses and friends and family.

Hi shilpasinghthakur,

Poor you, this sounds horrible. Be reassured though, the TB medication you are taking takes effect quickly to make you feel better. It is also equally effective wherever in your body the TB is.

Best wishes,

Helen
