Hi - this may be the case - but I think you perhaps need to think a bit and ask yourself if you truly do eat good amounts - and don't exercise excessively - and what your attitude is to the food you are eating - are you eating without worrying, do you worry about gaining weight, continually count calories and watch what you eat - just ask yourself some very honest questions - just a suggestion?
