so i don't know how but i've damaged my kidneys, so i was told in passing a while back.

so i think thats why my energy levels are low and execercising is slow.

so i've started drinking water, sparkling mineral water. 2 litres a day.

i'm hoping this with exercise (three 45 minutes sessions a week), and eating 3 times a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will improve my kidney function and dare i say it reverse the kidney damage i've got.

i've been drinking the water about 7 weeks, exercising about 4 months and yet to regularly eat three meals a day.

also i think brushing my teeth affects my taste, taste being a sense thats physical that can help me. at the moment its gum disease so the more i can do it the better.
