Bed time meal

I don't eat but 1 time a day. I eat dinner and then go to bed. Those who know I eat in that way are saying I have a eating disorder. I have a reason to not eat during the day, I get extremely tired and just want to sleep. I have 3 kids under the age of 12 and can not afford to be tired. I have end stage renal dease but not on dialysis yet. I'm 54 yrs old and married. I'm just looking to see if others might say I do have a disorder and if so, what would it be called? I was considered malnutrition a few yrs ago. I had an aneurysm at that time and they put a feeding tube in. So I did gain the weight back. I just don't want to get to that point again. I don't count calories, I eat what I want to eat.

Thank you for reading and I hope I can get some answeres... Jin

Eating once a day is not sufficient and is likely to be a contributory factor to your feeling so tired all the time - you need to talk to your GP - ring the ABC helpline - but do get some help - you are likely to cause serious health issues if you are malnourished - whether you label it an ED or not does not matter - you need to get your eating back on track and live a healthier life again.
