Struggle with weight gain

Hi all. Need your help. I weight about 43kg,hight 160cm. I know I m not healthy and struggle with MA. BUT. I work as an i fitness instruktor and a lot of my clients and peoe in the gym constantly tell me, how perfect my body looks. It makes me so insecure. Have really hard time with it. Hthank you so much. Marie

The question is do you are happy ? Is this worth enough ? You choose health or look ? If it's no, so girl maybe it is time to begin a new chapter of your life. I recommend you the channel of Kayla Rose on YouTube. She was a former fitness model with a "perfect body" before she decided to recover
