Hi I’m just wondering if anyone else with an ED takes mirtazapine with another antidepressant? The mirtazapine has worked really well with anxiety but not lifted mood much and can’t face being taken off it again to switch medication, was previously on sertraline but had to stop due to night sweats. Any help or advice would be appreciated x
