Congrats on the weight gain - and accepting it at a slightly higher than target level - that's a brilliant achievement. Assume a dietician set you a meal plan re weight gain - if so talk to them - they are the best advisers - sometimes you don't even have to reduce your intake as your body gets used to higher amounts - and you gain weight - your body tends to need more just to maintain the weight. You could try a nurse at your GPs - some can give dietary advice - or ring ABC and talk to them - the have a link with a dietician.

You should be able to access a dietician via your GP because of your ED - this should not have any cost as its on the NHS - also try ABC - their dietician is also at no cost to you.

I’m not sure maybe are health systems are different because both the gp and dietitian are definitly not free and very costly that was I was kinda wondering if anyone had any tips on returning to normalcy so I wouldn’t have to go back but thank you so much for your reply
