Suggest you approach a dietician - via your GP through a referral to an ED service - approach the nurse at your GP practice (general advice and rather unspecific I've found) - but it does take time. ABC also have a helpline and befrienders - and also a part-time dietician - so you could approach them. Meal plans need setting up specifically for a person - and with their health in mind - so it does need a professional - so please do seek some help. Counselling alongside the plan is also essential to help you treat the ED - just sorting a diet isn't sorting the ED - there's a lot going on underneath the surface and in the mind that it is helpful to look at with a counsellor. Hope you find what you need.
