Hi

All human behaviour (such as over eating, under eating, compulsions, OCD etc etc) stems from 2 basic misunderstandings of where the human experience comes from.

All modern therapy ( over 400 types ) try to deal with the symptoms of these misunderstandings from the ' outside in ' ( which means they are all techniques, models and theories) and they don't always work.

True change and freedom from these toxic and unhealthy behaviours comes from the 'inside out '
