OK Hi my name is Hannah and I've struggled with my weight it started out fine but then I started to skip meals noe every week I don't eat for 3-4 days at a time then binge and purge ik I'm not okay and I don't want help I just want advice

Not sure what to say as you say you don't want help - I would suggest that you reconsider that as starving then binge/purge is not a good way of life and can lead to serious health issues in the future. Suggest you try the ABC or BEAT helplines if you don't go to your GP - which is the first port of call - but please do seek some help.

I definitely know you feel. Starting an IOP today. Not because I want to, it's because Dr threatened to commit me in to hospital. I was diagnosed with anorexia last week. Yes, I have lost 16lbs since Jan 23. In my mind I'm OK. I did advised Dr will try for a week Than I will let her know my decision. I really do not want to go.
