Chest Pain

Anyone else get nasty pains in their chest? I've had it for years but it seems to be getting worse over last few weeks. I think anxiety probably has a lot to do with it but I've also read that some vitamin deficiencies can cause the pain, I've had a blood test this morning so hopefully that will clear things up a bit. Feeling quite panicked at the moment, its frightening.

Glad you're being checked out - presume you've had ECGs etc - if not I should ask for one - panic can cause chest pains - but it is important your GP is making sure its not heart related. I've found music and my craft have helped me calm down and be less anxious.
