Ever since i was little i have not ate allot and would refuse to eat sometimes, now i forget to eat sometimes and the sight of food will make me sick. I will rearly get hungry and forget to eat often, even when i want to eat i still don't eat. Im close to getting underweight and i dont have allot on my bones anymore, i dont want to do this to myself i want to gain weight and get healthy but it seems impossible now.

Perhaps you need to talk to your GP about the problem you are having around food and eating. Saying you forget to eat even when you are hungry does suggest that in fact you are avoiding eating rather than forgetting - so please do talk to someone about this. ABC have helpful website and a helpline - so this might also help you sort out what's going on.
