Support in Essex

I'm new here, and just moved to England. I was in strong recovery from anorexia after intense treatment, but the transition has shaken my recovery. I do not have any support here (other than my husband). I struggle with restriction and over-exercise. Does anyone have suggestions for support groups, primarily in the Essex area? I am looking for a group or therapist that is completely PRO recovery.

I moved from NY and NY (USA). It's been a rough transition.

Thanks for responding. :)
