Weight gain
Tea and coffee contains caffeine and there for speeds up your digestion. That's why the food you eat, quickly comes out as you consume coffee and tea. However, they shouldn't be consumed excessively so that they won't cause any damage to your health or body. Now that you have stopped drinking them, your digestion has become slower and there for you are adding weight. Another reason why you might have added weight is the kind of food you are eating. If you are eating sweet or salty snacks, they will easily give you some extra pounds in a short time. Try to always drink a lot water (1-2 liters a day). It will help your digestion, avoid unnecessary guzzling and boost up your general physical well being. I am not a doctor or anything, I'm just an adult who has experienced the same thing and that's why I gave you these reasons that MIGHT be the cause for your extra pounds. Hopefully they will work for you too!
Ps. Few extra pounds are not a bad or a dangerous thing if you are a normal weight person. It is more dangerous to be underweight!!
