Hi!
Everything will be fine!
Firstly do some sport (it isn't yoke) thanks for it you get some muscles NOT FAT! and you weight will be a little bit bigger, that is the point right?
how about my feeding habit?? what kind of food should i focus in?
Hi kihm
Well done for asking advice from this site which helps with eating disorders. I am replying to you as a Mum of a girl who has recently recovered from anorexia. Being a healthy weight is not being 'fat'. If you are underweight you should be careful about exercising. Your body needs around 2000 Calories a day of energy just to repair itself and for your brain to function properly. You need enough protein and fat or oils for your brain. You may find white fish chicken and vegetable oils to be easier to eat if you are a bit fussy. Peanut butter is great on wholemeal toast! Thes are all foods which have helped my daughter recover. She did not exercise much until she had recovered her natural average weight for her height. Good luck kihm and take care x
Hi
It is very good that you are trying to get to a healthy weight.
There is good advice on the web. I have looked at the NHS Choices website about what to do if you are underweight. It tells you what sort of foods to go for.
I think a limited amount of exercise is good too e.g. a 20min walk but too much will make it harder to get to a healthy weight.
all the best
