Know how you feel - changing setting and not knowing what and when you will be eating can be a real challenge. Take a deep breath - you can still be in control - salads are always available - and at the end of the day - its only a very short period of your life. But do understand - we have to have Dinner B&B breaks as that's what husband wants - but I've come to see them as short term treats which has really helped me.
