I often got stressed out when counselling was approaching - but found that by writing down what I felt I needed to discuss helped calm me down - and I found sessions more productive. Clearly having not eaten properly you are going to feel unwell - and our thought processes and mood are so linked to our eating and weight - so please do keep eating what you are able to - and do see the counselling as a tool to recovery - rather than a threat - praying for Thursday.

I've been food shopping and brought foods I find was to eat. Written down everything I want to say for tomorrow. Do u go to counselling every week?
