I'm happy to say that I've started feeding more food into my diet BY MYSELF! I really feel like things are getting better and I'm proving to myself that eating more/a normal amount of food is for the better, we can all get better, if you are suffering just know you are not alone, even if you don't tell the loved ones around you then you have an understanding community right here. All the best ❤xxx

P.s thank you to all the people who replied to my first post, you were the people who gave me hope xxx
