Support Group & Counselling help?

Does anyone know of a support group or good CBT therapy services that isnt an extortionate price in the Kent area?

Hello I may be wrong but I think doctors can refer people to counselling services which are free of charge 😊 As they have done that for me.

Thank you Rubie, my Dr however isnt overly helpful so going to ask another Dr at my practice
