Discharged

Iv been discharged even though I'm no where near better and still underweight. All Iv been told is that if I don't improve Iv to just get a re refferal from gp 😭😭

Its horrifying to read - were you in a specialist unit or just straight mental health? I'd go straight to your GP and get a re-referral. I think its fantastic you recognise you have a problem - so many are in denial - but to be "refused" help when you are calling out for it must be so hard for you - praying that you will get some support.

I was under a eating specialist in Nelson I was referred by the community mental health time. Thankyou means a lot xx

Hi was shocked to read your post. Have you managed to get a referral back to the Ed specialist. It's disgusting as crazycrossstitcher said,that you are asking for help and being pretty much denied it. I really do hope you get the help you need and obviously want. Try to keep on them...make appointments daily if you have to until they start taking your want for help seriously...hugs xx

Thankyou so much for your reply, I still haven't managed to get a refferal back to ed specialist they are waiting for my weight to "drop" to a dangerous level. Upset is an understatement right now . Thanks guys for your replies means a lot xx
