Hi, I am a 19 year old diabetic woman and I am starting to worry about my eating. I know what I am doing is wrong but I feel a sense of pride when I skip meals and don't feel hungry and it gets worse over holiday times (I only work term time). My parents both work and I can go all day with just breakfast. I know it's wrong but I'm scared to put on weight. My sister has recently been diagnosed with anorexia and I am so scared for her and now I don't know what to do.
Please help.

Hello HBEV You have to go immediately to your DR/GP. You are playing Russian Roulette with your life. You know you can't skip meals with your Diabetes, your blood pressure could drop (by what you are doing to yourself) you could end up in a coma. That's not fair on your sister or your parents or whomever finds you passed out. Eating regularly will not lead to weight gain. Ask the DR/GP for a referral to a Dietitician, you must explain your fear of putting on weight and ask for a meal plan tailored to this (little and often is the key, think of a rabbit, they graze). Please go to your DR/GP immediately. xo
I echo the comment below - you have witnessed your sister and clearly know her situation - and are scared for her - you need to be scared for yourself as you sound to be heading down a similar path - get to your GP now as with diabetes you are really risking your life with this sort of eating pattern.
