Experiences with

Zonegran

I was allready taking keppra and zonegran xanax antivan valium then my doctor prescribed me fycompa on the 7th day i felt wierd in my head like a seizure was coming on but i turned full tardive for about 10 mins my hands clawed up like a t-rex i was moaning dribbling and stomping 1 leg eyes rolling back

I know many of you have been left with terrible headaches but have not seen anyone mention topamax or zonegran. These are actually anti-convulsants that somehow work to reduce migraines although they dont seem to know exactly how. Some believe they slow overactive nerve cells in the brain.

Hi all, has anyone taken Zonegran before?? opinions please? Thanks in advance

I've recently been taken off Topiramate (50mg twice a day) because it wasn't working for me and been prescribed Zonisamide (to be increased to 50mg twice a day). I've had a look on the migraine trust website and it hasn't been listed... I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with this medication
