Urticaria pigmentosa

I am 43 years old and i ve been diagnosed back in 2004 with urticaria pigmentosa. i had skin lesions and itching after shower . Very often i have Rinitis, and with some foods i exprerience headache etc.

Hello, I have recently been diagnosed with adult-onset urticaria pigmentosa. My daughter has also had UP since a baby, she is 5 now. I have been prescribed epi-pens by my GP.

I have just had the results from a biopsy and it seems I have urticaria pigmentosa as I suspected. My daughter has had it since a baby and I recognised the symptoms. My GP wasn't interested so I eventually saw a dermatologist privately and got referred back into the NHS.

Hi All, I was diagnosed with Urticaria Pigmentosa as a child over 20 years ago now! To be honest, I hadn't thought much about it until it came up in a conversation about allergies today with my parents. I must say, I feel as though I've forgotten a lot about it!
