My mom who is stage 4 is starting soon after Herceptin (1 year) Lepatinib (Tykerb) (3 years) Thank you!

Currently on Tykerb and Capecitabine.

•Herceptin (or a biosimilar) with Tykerb (Lapatinib). •Tykerb with chemotherapy.

•Herceptin (or a biosimilar) with Tykerb (Lapatinib). •Tykerb (Lapatinib) with chemotherapy. •Herceptin (or a biosimilar) and Perjeta, with or without chemotherapy (if the patient has previously taken Herceptin and chemotherapy without Perjeta).

Well now I have some nodules in my left lung and my oncologist is stopping my xeloda, holding the tykerb and gonna start me on kadcyla. With all that being said. Has anyone been on kadcyla? How did you tolerate it? What were your side effects? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Then another lung met in later 2017, to which I am now taking Tykerb, arimidex, and Zolodex. I find myself tired. Emotionally, brain tired. I don’t want to fight anymore. This disease is taking me down and I don’t know how to stop the slippery slope. How do y’all stay positive?

I was taking Xeloda and Tykerb for 13 months. My cancer was diagnosed on March 30, 2014 This past Thursday I started a new IV chemo with Gemzar and Herceptin. Has anyone been on Gemzar? Was it successful in slowing down your cancer?

Treatment consists of tykerb and femara. The lesions are stable which is good. Having some imbalance when walk otherwise no other issues with the drugs.

Well more bad news went for 4 week check up Tuesday and blood work showed CeA level went back up to 120 I have been on xeloda and tykerb for 4 months since my reoccurrence to the lymph nodes in chest wall at first level was 160 than 115 than 15 and now back up to 120 going for another pet scan anybody

As you may know that there are many options available abroad for the treatment of Her2 + cancers becoming resistant to Herceptin or given in conjunction with Herceptin like Tykerb, Perjeta, TDMI etc which could prolong survival. However, these are not available in India and cost prohibitive.
