Travellers' diarrhoea

I'm only in the uk so not 'travellers diarrhoea' or anything. My anxiety over it being a bug of some sort is making everything worse. Like I said a cycle, a self fulfilling prophecy:(

When I got home it got no better so went to see my GP, he said it was "travellers diarrhoea" and would clear up.
