My thyroid tests are always normal except for high tpo antibodies >1000 reference range <35. I just need some help now as I always assumed that temperature dysregulation was thyroid related. Feel at such a loss now 😔

My last results in December were: TSH 4.26 (0.27-4.2) T4 17.1 (12-22) T3 4.0 (3.1-6.8) TPO 535 (<34) New results in photo. My problem is I’m still really cold and tired. My brain fog got miles better after quitting gluten but that was before my thyroxine was increased.

The first was negative, positive speckled 1:80 and lastly 1:160 homogenous (only one with TPO antibodies included). So we will see if platelets normalize and anything develops in the future. End of rant thanks.

The GP who sent me for the bloods was sympathetic and said my TSH really needs to be between 0.2-2.5 to conceive as I'm TPO antibody positive.

Tired all the time, really really tired. Cholesterol. My diet is excellent, rich in green leafy veg. Don't drink alcohol, don't smoke. BP now 125/80 while my norm for decades has been 100/60. My GP wont do this nor will the endocrinologist I am due to see next month (her reason was my TPO antibodies were ok). I have looked at all the private options on ThyroidUK and none offers this particular test. Are there other options? I live in Norfolk. Many thanks

Hi i'm new to here, male, 47 years old. For some time I have not been feeling right and have these results from my GP which basically told me i'm ok but my body is telling me different.
