HI, I just wondered if anyone could help I've had a really husky voice for a couple of months now and it started not long after my meds were changed from
symbicort

Feeling better already
I saw my GP yesterday and she changed my preventer from pulmicort to
symbicort
. I've only had a couple of doses but the addition of formoterol really seems to be doing the trick. Last night I had the best night's sleep I've had in ages and I'm feeling great.

nervous post-er and turbohalers
the thing i'm not sure i get is what is supposed to happen with
symbicort
turbohaler when i have a really tight chest. it doesn't seem to go in as well, compared to a ventolin and spacer. i'm feel like reverting to the ventolin and spacer option, despite the
symbicort
supposed to do the same thing. does

I was then changed from Seretide 250/25 Evohaler to the
Symbicort
200/6 turbohaler. I have also since been started on home Ventolin and Atrovent nebulisers and Bambec.

New inhaler
Hi, my asthma has recently got really bad, affecting my day to day activities and making me generally feel rubbish so the doctors have swapped me from
symbicort
400/12 to fostair. Has anyone else been swapped like this and have they found that it helps? Thanks :)

Exams and asthma playing up
My asthma's been playing up pretty badly recently, and have now had my meds changed to
symbicort
100/6 4 puffs twice a day and montelukast 10mg as well as various hayfever meds. Since last thursday i've had three attacks where i've had to be removed from lessons, two of them today.

Non-classic asthma & unrecognised respiratory condition
He has increased my
symbicort
dosage and put me on uniphyllin in the meantime and has asked me to think about a daily dosage of steroid tablets, he said, 'one to one and half tablets a day.' So, I am assuming he meant 5mg tablets.

Confession is good for the soul
Never took the
symbicort
! To stop the cats from getting their hopes up, I've been sitting in the dark, taking the 2 puffs, settling back down again and thinking, well its only a few nights when I've not gone through to rinse out mouth/brush dentures again.

Symbicort and G&T
Symbicort
leaflet had no warning about taking alcohol so it was a surprise when, after my Friday night out and usual two G&Ts, I felt dizzy and unwell whereas ok with previous seretide 125. Did a google and found canada and new zealand advise against taking alcohol with
symbicort

Past few days I seem to be taking more and more reliever -
Symbicort

Braille on Turbohalers
So far I have: Pulmicort Brown (100mcg) is Number 1 Bricanyl Blue is Number 2
Symbicort
200/6 is Number 6
Symbicort
400/12 is Number 7 (I think) I'm just curious to know what the other numbers are. It doesn't seem to make any sense.

Post Hospital Discharge
Blood test followed, daily peak flow charts, spirometry tests, prednisolone, singulair, uniphyllin, seretide,
symbicort
, x-rays. Everything. I've done it all, several times. I was a spectacular flop on the spirometry test in particular.
