help me out
I'm currently on 2 puffs of
Symbicort
200/6 four times daily as maintenance and 2-4 puffs as reliever therapy plus 4mg salbutamol tabs and 20mg Pred 3 times daily. Also on Salbutamol nebs PRN. I've been sweating at night, having severe headaches, palpitaions, pain and numbness in my feet.

Adult Onset Flu after Chest Infection and Flu Vaccine
So now I am on
Symbicort
which has been fine, until yesterday when I took some Clenil Modulite with it on the bad instruction of my GP. I woke at 1am with full chest spasms and totally unable to breathe.

little query
I've been on
symbicort
400/12 for a while now and had singulair added a few months ago. Doctor said that when I was stable I should try going back to the
symbicort
200/6.

What if pred doesn't work for you?
It's probably not an immediate concern while I try the
Symbicort
but just wondering given that it seems to be so effective in most people (if unpleasant).

Pain in lower back?
Hi all, I have been much improved of late after starting
Symbicort
back in Jan. The past couple of days though I have a chronic lower back pain when I cough, take a deep breath to take inhalers or when I am wheezy. I am taking painkillers but it is keeping me awake at night.

How to take Symbicort?
I know this is a silly question but I've read the leaflet and even looked at the demo on here but I don't really get how to take it. And how do you know if you've taken it right? I've not used a turbohaler before - have just been put on it! Thanks Zippi xxx

Looking for people like me
I've also tried
symbicort
(gave me chest pains), singulair and phylocontin. I didn't give the pills much longer than a week because pred had already ripped my stomach to shreds and I hadn't yet found the amazing ranatidine. Maybe I should try them again?

Froggie, froggie
Fine on the seretide, Fine at the start with
Symbicort
apart from the sneezing. Past three weeks, sounding more as if frog in the throat and coughing a lot again. When I lie down in bed (on right side) its as if there's a wee frog croaking down in my throat as I breathe.

Is it me or is it the weather?
Hi I was diagnosed with asthma last year and after some unsettled months we finally discovered that
symbicort
200/6 and bricanyl work very well for me. But.. the last few weeks have been really really dreadful.
