IgE number?
reaction (no surprise since I already knew from scratch tests as a kid I am not too allergic to those things, mainly mould spores is my problem), but then he said my IgE number was 488 which was high, but then he said I was ""an allergic person"" so this was to be expected and is just leaving me on

I'd taken my nightly two puffs of
seretide

Spiriva Capsules
I know you can only use them if you can 'suck in' enough breath and luckily I was able to meet the requirmemts, but after only one dose I was feeling 100% better than just using Salbutamol and
Seretide
, it really has changed my life, only trouble is if I forget one I am twice as bad as I was before

Oral thrush
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone else had a problem with oral thrush from using
Seretide
. Despite using a devicer and rinsing I still seem prone to getting it.

Any Answers....Prednisolone and Aminopyhilline
from the nebs...But I have not had any nebs now since Mon and still get this horrid feeling of my heart beating too fast and hard, especially at night, is this a side effect to pred or to the Aminophylline that my Gp has since put me on, or a combination of them both...also my Gp changed my inhaler to

How much blue is TOO much?
I'm struggling a bit at the moment, have upped my
seretide
to double (I'm allowed in the short term although it's unlicensed) and started steroids again yesterday (all according to my action plan). BUT, I'm having to take a lot of reliever to stay on top of things.

Boots
I've to stay on
Seretide
but on 2 puffs twice a day for the next month then come and see her again. Put prescription into bigger branch of Boots. Cheery chap behind the counter asked if it was for me, as I collapsed onto a chair, red in the face having rushed along from Starbucks. So yes!

Handihaler and asthma
I'm still not convinced that the
seretide
is right for me, as when I first had the chest infections I was on QVAR and my normal peak flow was 320EU. It's still this now on the
Seretide
and I'm still getting problems each winter, I also have a nasonex spray for Rhinitis.

When to take Singulair/Montelukast?
Same with the
Seretide
inhaler, simple enough instructions 2 puffs morning and night. Its the Singulair I'm confused with. My GP said to take it in the mornings but the instructions say to take them in the evenings. Anyone else taking them who can answer this?

Typical!
On a slightly more serious and less having a tantrum note (blush) I have upped the
seretide
again and will be starting the oral steroids tomorrow if no improvement (which I hate cos they send me just about off my head!).

Asthma, Work and Doctors
I am on
Seretide
250, Salbutamol, Montelukast and prednislone 40mg when needed for my asthma and some other medications for other things. I am a little worried about going to see the doctor as I have no idea what he may change my medications to!
