Never ending cough misery
Been stepped up from Orange inhaler to
Seretide
250 4 puffs a day - then added montelukast to help night time coughing. Had clear chest x ray. Blood tests all fine apart from lymphocytes - dr says this is due to having actual flu...

Airflusal adverse reaction
I was on
seretide
before with no problems. I don't know whether it's the airflusal it self or the fact it's 500 and just too strong. It makes my lungs feel like they are burning and then I get really shakeup and breathless for ages. Doc. Is reluctant to change it.

I'm currently taking
seretide
500 accuhaler 2 puffs twice a day as well as Dymastis nasal spray morning and evening. I'm currently fighting of a possible upper respiratory tract infection and have just finished a course of antibiotics.

Fostair versus Seretide?
on Wednesday and he suggested a change of inhaler to Fostair MART from
Seretide
. Although I have been having a very tough time lately
Seretide
has always worked for me so I am doubting the change.

Fostair swilling
I am new to fostair and am hoping for a improvement from sybmbicort after a short try on
seretide
that didn't work for me. I have only been on it for 3 days now and also I don't want to get thrush so am swilling with mouth wash as I take my medication roughly the same time as daily hygiene.

How do I know if I really have asthma...
Could
seretide
cause excess mucus in my throat? Or do my symptoms sound more like post nasal drip?

I'm new, having flare up, any ideas?
It started about 3 weeks ago following a couple of weeks on Sirdupla, having been changed to that from
Seretide
125. I was willing to try that for a few weeks but found things were not as well controlled as usual.

Shortness of breath and chest tightness.
at first it was scary, I thought it was my heart having issues, but after seeing a cardiologist and doing series of tests and checks including X-ray, ECG, Echo, a test to check for blood clots in the lungs and all which came out normal, I was placed on medication to treat Acid reflux and was given a

How long should cough last after chest infection?
I am taking two extra puffs of
Seretide
per day as instructed by doctor. I took steroids before the antibiotics which opened the lungs but didn't affect the cough. Will the cough clear up in time? I feel that I'm never patient enough. Peak flow is normal.

Hi, my son who is 9 has been on
Seretide
for the past few months. He has recently developed a tic where he is shaking his head and this is getting really noticeable that his friends have started to comment 😞.

67 year old female living in Brittany.
I started with the brown inhaler, then, after a few years when my asthma attacks became more frequent, I was changed to the lilac inhaler
Seretide
which I still use.

Seretide change
My son is also an asthmatic and they have made a complete mess of his medication in trying to get him off
seretide
. I am worried about this change and want to know what the nearest alternative to
seretide
. This must be an evohaler rather than powder what alternatives should I push for?
