IMPROVEMENT!
I'm now taking a
Seretide
250 inhaler and feeling a whole lot better. Although still not brilliant, I can see the improvement on my daily peak flow readings. The physios at my pulmonary rehab course are putting me on more advanced exercises as they feel I'm not being challenged enough.

4 emergency hospital trips since February
Only thing they did was change my
seretide
to fostair and the asthma nurse said to not use my blue inhaler as much. I was blue light to hospital on the 6th February and into resus and kept in for one night. Happened again on 20th February and kept in for 2 nights.

Duoresp spiromax
He suggested to stay on
seretide
high dose until my asthma improves significantly. He suggested I try duoresp spiromax as a reliever instead of ventolin, with a view to replacing
seretide
also in the future if I wanted to. I tried it one day when I was a bit chesty in damp weather.

Do I still have asthma?
I was put on
Seretide
inhaler for the first years and never had any more breathing problems. Was also given a "rescue" inhaler, Salbutamol, which I never have had a need to use. A few years ago, my pulmonologist changed my medication to Relvar Ellipta 92/22.

Multiple short courses of steroids for cough
He is also one
Seretide
50 (2 puffs twice a day) monelkaust/singleair). Outside of a viral infection, he is totally and utterly fine - no cough, wheeze, lack of breathing. My question is do any of you good people know of the impacts of 8 or so short courses of pred/oral steroids in a year...

chronic cough / seretide
Could the
Seretide
perhaps not agree with me and be prolonging the cough. Any similar experiences out there? Can one just stop
Seretide
like that?

Fostair 100/6 problems on MART with severe Asthma attack - anyone else had this?
I've been seeing a Respiratory Consultant for the past year and a half for an issue that arose because my gp switched me from
seretide
500 where I was stable to fostair 100/6. I got really sick with my asthma and had repeated chest infections.

When I mentioned to them 3 months later that I still get pollen-triggered asthma and have to wear an FFP2 mask everywhere and to sleep in a HEPA tent, they added Trimbow to my existing
Seretide
inhaler (may have helped a bit), montelucast to my pill regiment (montelucast never did anything for me),
