Eletriptan / Relpax
After 20 years of trial and error, I finally found that
Relpax
works for me,and the side-effects are minimal. I went to my chemist recently to re-order and was told that they can't source it as there are...'Long-term manufacturing problems and it may have been discontinued'.

Confusing medications
In the meantime my Nueroligist have given me
Relpax
80mg ( Eletriptan) and it is making me feel very spaced out, is this journal? Also my question is what are triptans? Are they a pain killer. I have also been given sandomigran and propranolol. I am really relly confused as to what to take.

Hello everyone, I've just been to see the doctor after several bad attacks these last few nights. I was expecting a course of steroids tablets, but instead she has prescribed me a new inhaler called Relvar Ellipta - apparently you only have to take this once a day! Has anyone else tried this? How

Well I'm getting tested today, (again) but this test will prove a bit more interesting I hope. I started on Relvar Ellipta one month ago and today's test is to see if it has made a difference, at my last test I had lost 50% of my capacity and had the lungs of an 84 year old ( I'm 56.) Being used as a

Inhalers, What is available ?
My GP told me that I was on the ONLY treatments available for COPD, I was on ONBREZ once a day combined with SERITIDE twice a day. I went home and did some research and found out about the new inhaler Relvar Ellipta, I went back to the GP and demanded this to try which meant stopping the other two inhalers

Is anybody else on the new inhaler Relvar Ellipta ? Came out on prescription November 2013. I have been on it for 3 weeks now.
It has improved my breathing, wondered if others have opinions about yet ?

Changing triptans
Prompted by a post on this forum I recently researched Eletriptan (
Relpax
) and asked my GP if she thought it might help as it apparently causes fewer rebounds or instances of having to repeat medicate within 24 hours.
