First dose Lutetium and adding enzalutamide
Hi all My Dad was unfortunately unable to join the DB-1311 trial because he developed extreme pneumonitis from
Keytruda
that landed him in the ICU for 2 weeks about 2 years ago, so he is no longer able to use any immunotherapy treatments moving forward.

Is there hope despite the pain? Is Cabometyx worth it?
We're currently on Xofigo round 4 (reduced mets by 50% but still a lot of pain),
Keytruda
round 4 and Cabo (cabometyx) holiday. He takes Oxycodone and ibuprofen for pain (but the ibuprofen seems to be hurting this stomach lately). We're looking into euthanasia (no rush but best be prepared).

Keytruda + LAVA-1207, new phase 1/2 trial
LAVA-1207 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that acts by engaging prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) to activate Vγ9Vδ2 (Vgamma9 Vdelta2) T cells that selectively target PSMA-positive tumour cells. https://www.pharmaceutical-technology.com/news/lava-signs-collaboration-agreement-with-msd-for-prostate-cancer-therapy

Update following meeting with MO
I will go ahead with the liquid biopsy through Guardant360 but he pointed out that if it shows up anything else such as MSH-hi suggesting
Keytruda
might work, this is not licenced in the UK so I couldn't even get it if I paid privately. I would have to go abroad.

Keytruda - year 4
So I’m pretty much closing the book on my 4th year on
Keytruda
(pembroluzimab). I’ve recently completely my 33rd Pembro infusion.
Keytruda
was my Hail Mary after running through most other SOC.

Severe Itching
Herb's oncologist thinks this is a side effect of the
Keytruda
treatments for cancer that Herb started monthly this year. So now we gave to decide whether to discontinue the treatments or face more of this side effect.

Decision Time Very Soon

CCR6 & CCL20 are the key drivers in prostate tumor microenvironment.
Surprisingly enough, drugs that can block CCL20 may also reduce autoimmune side-effects from standard PD-1 immunotherapy, such as Opdivo and

Is HT Treatment necessary after Orchiectomey?
I did go for
Keytruda
, started it in March of 2022, but stopped in September because of pretty significant skin reaction. My PSA went from 3.31 in February 2022 to 0.09 3 months ago, so it definitely worked.
