Should I Pay for Enzalutamide
He did say that
Enzalutamide
is much better, but in Australia it is not covered by PBS until you have had chemo (and PSA is rising). He did say that some men self-fund Enza, it costs $4k per month.

Xtandi (Enzalutamide) & Drug-Drug Interaction.
Enzalutamide
(160 mg QD) was administered concomitantly after the first cabazitaxel cycle, during 6 weeks. Primary endpoint was the difference in mean area under the curve (AUC) between the first (cabazitaxel monotherapy) and third cabazitaxel cycle, when
enzalutamide
was added.

Looks like I've moved into castrate resistance territory. What next?
I know Abiraterone and
enzalutamide
are in my future, but I'm reaching out for thoughts and comments.

Enzalutamide and fatigue
I've been on a 160 mg dose for three months now and while my PSA dropped dramatically, the fatigue is just crippling. I'm 59 with a senior management job, honestly not sure how I can keep going and I certainly can't afford to retire much as I'd like to! I find myself taking 1-2 sick days regularly just
