Post Nasal Drip Tips?
I’m on antihistamines, and I am on
Dymista
nasal spray anyway, I’ve regularly used a sea salt sinus rinse too, but was wondering if anyone else had any useful tips that might help, so that I can start eating again and stop being sick!

I was fine without it for 3 weeks had no symptoms and then started on
Dymista
combination nasal spray which I have been taking for 3 weeks now. Problem is, for the past 4 weeks I have become quite uncontrolled again.

Switch to MART fostair from seretide
Having been on seretide 250mg for a good few years, as well as added in spiriva respimat, fexofenadine, montelukast and nasal spray (recent change to
dymista
), have been switched onto fostair 100/6 MART. According to my plan, its 2 puffs twice daily, plus an extra 4 as and when.

Asthma control post covid - are my expectations unrealistic?
I am currently on fostair 2 X 200 am and pm, braltus, montelukast, cetirazine,
dymista
and ventolin. I've had 4 short courses of pred since April and am now on a one month reducing course.

Blocked from return to work w/ controlled asthma?

Fostair Tips
my Clenil started kicking in within a few days (but I think that was because I was going from just having Salbutamol, and it did take a couple of weeks before I started noticing the full effects of it) I suffer severely from hay fever, I take Acrivastine antihistamine tablets three times a day, and

Post Covid Asthma won't settle
Previous to this my asthma was well controlled on fostair 4 x 100/6, ventolin as needed (once a month or less),
dymista
and cetirazine. I've been on this lot for about 7 years with the occasional issue after respiratory infections, solved by temporary doubling of fostair.

I finally got a GP who believed it wasn't covid and was prescribed fexofenadine and
dymista
(plus a saline nasal spray). I am also on Fostair 200/6, montelukast, and spireva as well.

Eosinophilic asthma
I have eosinophilic asthma (diagnosed in May 2019) I have a brilliant consultant who has got it all under control with a cocktail of medication (fostair 200, montelukast, omeprezole,
dymista
etc) which I take religiously! My fear is that ‘will I have a flare up?’

Intrinsic asthma and non allergic rhinistis.
I have horrible rhinistis to the point I'm mouth breathing most of the time and I've been prescribed avamys which didn't work and now
dymista
which makes me feel ill and unblocks my nose very little, my asthma feels worse with this, I take symbicort twice a day.
