HRT prescribed for M.E./ Fibro

I finishe menopause almost 20 yrs ago and yet my gp has prescribed Climagest...... He told me it would give me energy?

Please can you advise me what I should do, or how I should move forward? See below.

My doctor has just renewed my escitalopram, prescribed HRT (Climagest) and changed by GARD medication to Omeprazole (80mg pd for 2 weeks and then 20mg twice a day).
