dry red skin on face and balance problems

does anyone else have dry red skin on the face which goes down from the nose to under the chin, if i put oilatum or cetraben or similar on it my face burns, does anyone else have any suggestions , is this linked to levothyroxine, im on 125 a day, it seems worse since it was upped from 75 a day, i also

Fed up with Lupus Raynauds and Scleroderma :(

life out of you I could fall asleep standing up if I could.Its affecting me in many ways I dread seeing my doctor and consultant because theres always something wrong.My skin is terrible with all of this I have tried loads of creams over the years and not one worked then someone said try this cream CETRABEN
