Vitamin D supplement
It goes on to say that I have raised
antithyroid
antibodies that fit with my thyroid being under active and my Vit D levels are mildly low. She suggests I take an over the counter supplement rather than high dose supplements. Can anyone recommend which Vit D supplement I should take.

"natural" treatment for mild hyperthyroidism
Most cases of hyperthyroidism are treated with
antithyroid
medicines or radioactive iodine therapy. If you have a mild to moderate case of hyperthyroidism and wish to try a natural approach, review this study with your doctor.

Antithyroid antibodies??
I just had a blood test result back with
antithyroid
antibodies of 60. I've been told that 50-75 is borderline. So I have to go back in 3 months for another blood test. Does anyone know what 60 actually mean? My sister has been diagnosed with hashymoto disease. Should I be concerned?
