Does it ever get better?
Flovent, symbicort and
alvesco
and ventolin seems to not help that much.my questions are - has anyone struggled a long time to then finally get relief with the right medicine? I am losing hope. Also because I constantly struggle to get the breath I find it impossible not to get anxious.

) every day, or in a few days my caught begins and some fluid appears. I still can't believe that I'll have to do this medication forever...

Some success with breathing excercises and new meds.
The
Alvesco
has none of the throat adverse effects & dryness that comes with Seretide as it only activates in the lungs.
Alvesco
is also a small particle inhaler which suits my condition as my small airway function is reduced.

constant oral thrush
I've been looking on the net; I may well be wrong but is
Alvesco
the one that is least likely to cause side effects? I do use a spacer and rinse afterwards but that hasn't stopped the thrush.

Advice needed on Aspergillus allergy
I have to take 7.5mg of Prednisolon per day along with
Alvesco
and Seretide. I tried a course of Itracazonole, which I responded very favourably, restoring my lung function test to 100% of expected, but may liver was effected so I had to stop.

Whew, quite the month
Now on top of that, I'm using
Alvesco
(which I think is the same name in the UK) until the cough improves (it still hurts to cough and breathe. I still have hefty pain killers too. Maybe by spring I might be feeling normal?

Bad attack....seems like a good place to find people who understand
Right now I'm on advair 230/21,
alvesco
160, and singulair, plus a handfull of allergy meds. I also take xopenex. How do you guys deal with the uncertainty of when you might have an attack, or in another way...the certainty that you WILL have an attack. I find it kind of depressing sometimes. Bee
