Roller-coaster 🎢
And I am definitely putting down to the increase of my
advagraf
as it begins a few hours after I take them, keeps me up all night and then calms down just before my next lot are due.

Itching
Had to increase my
advagraf
from 0.5mg to 1mg about 2 weeks ago and the last week I have had an insane itch all over at first I thought it was fabric softener as I switched but I rewashed everything in my usual one and I still have it.

Liver Transplant - 2 Years On
Liver-wise I haven't had many problems since the transplant and I changed meds last year from Prograf to
Advagraf
. Started off at 4 mg of Prograf twice a day and now on Img
Advagraf
once a day (since Nov). The biggest problem I had was with Prograf side effect (ankle swelling).

Liver transplantees please!
Their medicine is tacrolimus, which is also known as either ‘Prograf ’or ‘
Advagraf
’ - Prograf is taken twice a day, and
Advagraf
is taken only once a day. They will be conducting the media outreach around the new data.

I'm on a range of medicines, including
