My first PSMA PET confirms that my
adenocarcinoma
has reactivated and is no longer responsive to Abiraterone/pred and Lupron. My oncologist feels I would be a good candidate for Lutetium 177 PSMA therapy however there is no supply in Colorado except for a clinical trial at the University.

NED means I should feel happy, right?
I'm new to this site, was diagnosed with Stage IV NSCLC
adenocarcinoma
(EGFR mutation) in June 2021. I had SBRT for 3 brain mets, which seems to have taken care of those bastards. I started on Tagrisso pretty soon afterward and am still on it.

So many questions?
The correct name is serous
adenocarcinoma
low grade, which apparently is rare.

Technical terms explanation & treatment
Hello all, I've written before about my wife's diagnosis which was T3 N3 M1b
Adenocarcinoma
of the left upper lobe of lung. Since then she's had a guided needle biopsy which has provided the information all previous tests and scans had failed to uncover.

Pathology Report Received....
The Pathology report reads as follows: Submitted as Sigmoid Mass (Biopsy)
Adenocarcinoma
, Invasive, Moderately, Differentiated. I had to look up what that means, can someone confirm that its a grade 2? I have been going rounds with the office staff and my order for my CT scan.
