I was using steroid cream which brought the inflammation of the spots right down but now left with these marks all over my arms which I'm concerned wont go. They're not sore or itchy!

Has any one tried 'bio oil' on their spots. Mine have nearly all cleared up but have now left like a red flat mark/bruised looked?

Bio Oil didn't work for me, but I know that some members of the Sweet's syndrome groups have found it helpful.
