It would be interesting to know how many people have developed food intolerance's while in a flare. Or how many people have the Malar rash on the face. Or if chocolate eases symptoms ( lol ok that was just me hoping ) x

Hahahaha I love the chocolate one - or champagne of course!!! Good ideas we'll give them a whirl (not the chocolate one though - despite wishing it was true it's probably not - although it might be psychological!) :o) x
