Lol, I go out when it's too early for anyone else to be out. That way they can't see me. How lame is that. When I'm running 5k reguarly, and am on week 5 of S&F I will go out when the rest of the world is up until then I hide. On the brightside being up that early means I feel amazing for the rest of the day. People are beginning to notice the extra zip in my step.

Strange thing is I don't when I'm running. I tend to zone out in my own world. But when I'm out and about I don't feel as confident...Hubby says it because I'm occupied and don't have time to worry about what people are thinking... :)

Ah, I see S&F, presumed it was a podcast for after 5k, have got confused with 'Stepping stones' etc. Haven't tried it yet, may do as live near a park! May feel self conscious stationary, will let you know how it goes... ;)

I find my confidence levels tend to rise as I get into my session. The body is warmed up, I'm breathing faster. The adrenaline is coursing through the veins. It's true, you forget about what's around you. I'm just in the moment.
