How about something like a bronze badge for any strength and flex exercise, done for a minimum of 3 times a week, over a period of a month, silver for 2 months or gold for 3 months?

That doesn't cover your amazing 10k rowing achievement though🤔

Ooohh, that is such a great idea!

Great idea, and would fit in well with the ‘S&F graduate’ badge, and be inline with the running badges

So you could have:

S&F graduate Bronze

S&F graduate Silver

S&F graduate Gold

Oh that’s brilliant! And that means a 30 day challenge like James Dunne would automatically attract a Bronze.

I also wanted to say: Hia! How are you getting on with your Vibram toe-shoes? I transitioned to zero drops but still with cushioning. But I have a pair of minimalist shoes at the ready, which I use at the moment indoors and foot rowing.

I’ve not used them for running yet, but have used them for beach walks and also for being a spotter at my grandsprocket’s paddle boarding session during on Tuesday.

They were great on the pebbles at the beach and I didn’t have any niggles afterwards 👍
